Capital K Distillery first unveiled its craft spirits in 2016. Their offerings include a whiskey made from dill pickled vodka, as well as cranberry gin and tallgrass rye, the company's first original recipe.
Know their Story
Jason Kang has been brewing since he was in university. He wanted to create his own craft spirits and was confident that he could make the most interesting flavours.
