The 411
Gina Navarro is a talented and passionate Chef from Mexico. She started cooking in Kindergarten and first learned how to make Sopa de Fideos (a famed South American Soup). When she arrived in Winnipeg, she missed her traditional home cooked meals, so she started making Conchas (Mexican bread) and her friends loved it. They encouraged her to start producing and selling them, and that's how it all began! Meeting so many people led her to hosting workshops on how to make traditional Mexican baked goods and dishes.

Soup, pastries - you name it! Gina is passionate about cooking ever since she was a kid. She loves to cook and bake, but her passion grew even more after she moved to Canada.
